The Make Money Fast Hall of Humiliation

Once again, we are approaching Thanksgiving, that uniquely American holiday where we get together with our relatives (some of whom we actually get along with, others not so much), gorge ourselves on food until we our very skin is about to burst (why do you think they call it "stuffing"?), and then sit down in front of the TV and watch parades, football, and a marathon of Top Chef re-runs.

We are also supposed to tell others what we are thankful for. So, here's my list.

• I am thankful that the amount of Make $$$$MONEY$$$$$ FA$T! chain letters (also known as "MMF") is down. Way down. In fact, this form of fraud has all but disappeared from my e-mail inbox.
• Ditto for Pump & Dump penny stock fraud.
• The amount of Nigeria 419 (Advanced Fee Fraud) e-mail spam is also way down, but I do still see them on occasion.

So, I think I'll just sit back, wolf down a pound or two of turkey leg and some dressing, and catch me some Little People, Big World.
